Govt did not fund my home: Zuma

President Jacob Zuma has denied that government had been building residences for him.

Addressing the National Assembly, a heated Zuma said he had already plans in place to extend his property at Nkandla when government decided to add on certain safety features, like fencing, a bunker and bulletproof windows.

Zuma emphatically denied that the residence was built for him with government money.

Zuma emphatically denied that the residence was built for him with government money. The President said that his family has paid for his residence in Nkandla and not by the government as is widely believed.
