One person died and four others were
seriously inured when a bus collided with a truck on Duvha Road Mpumalanga
It is unclear at this stage what happened.
It is alleged that three occupants sustained injuries.
ER24 Spokesperson Russell Meiring said ER24
paramedics along with other services arrived on scene where the bus was on the
roadside with occupants scattered all over the scene.
Meiring said Paramedics discovered that
children sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Paramedics started
treating the children some of who were special needs children.
“Once treated paramedics transported the
children to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment. It is not yet
known how the incident occurred but local authorities were on scene for further
investigation Meiring added.
