The Independent Police Investigative
Directorate on Wednesday arrested a 40-year-old Warrant Officer from Bellville
for allegedly raping two 14-year-old boys.

Lange said they became aware of the matter in end of June and initiated an
investigation immediately.
He is expected to appear in the Blue Downs
Magistrate Court
“He paid them R50 up to R200 and he
allegedly tried to commit suicide. He was taken for medical evaluation and
taken back into custody Lange added.
