The Nigerian governmnet has lifted the harsh ban they imposed on its national soccer team.
The government of Nigeria banned its national soccer team from competing in international games for the next two years, last week after a bad performance in the 2010 World Cup.
The FIFA body released a statement stating that they don't allow political interfernce, and last week FIFA gave the Nigerian government a deadline to lift the ban.
FIFA also threatned to suspend Nigeria's football federation if the ban was not lifted.
The Nigerian soccer team can now compete in international games.
