The African Christian Democratic Party in the Western Cape calls on Mayor Patricia De Lille to ensure that the city officials caught in the act at a scrap yard for being in possession of 3 crates of broken drain covers and water meters need to be prosecuted and made an example of.

ACDP Western Cape Leader Ferlon Christians said they commend the law enforcement officers on a sterling job done and for correctly acting against the city officials.

“We are asking the Mayor to step up and there must be an internally inquiry and disciplinary action.

They must be charged criminally that you cannot collaret that when you work for the city and steal for the city,” Christians added.
