ACDP calls for the new immigration regulations to be reviewed

The African Christian Democratic Party has called on Minister of Home Affairs Malusi Gigaba to review the new immigration regulations, which according to the ACDP have a seriously negative impact on South African families.

ACDP MP Cheryllyn Dudley said it is true that one of the issues the country faces is how to manage national security and this cannot be taken lightly.

Dudley said we have seen over the past few years how home affairs legislation and vigilant or lack of vigilant are critically important in increasing security, and sorting potential terrorist activity in Africa and globally.

“So the ACDP supports the Minister to ensure security is not undermined and we know that this is a global attempt” Dudley added.
