Emergency Centre set to Open Next Week

The new Heidveld Emergency Centre will open its doors next week. 

 

Western Cape MEC of Health Thenus Botha said the Heidveld Community Day Centre was due for the routine repairs and renovations last year.

 

With the closure of the current GF Jooste Hospital the renovations were extended to the construction of an emergency centre. 

 

Ministerial Spokesperson Helene Rossouw said the centre has been constructed to replace the GF Jooste Emergency Centre.

 

The GF Jooste Hospital officially closed down this week on Monday the new EC will open Russouw added.
