 Western Cape police arrested a 30 year old suspects for being in possession of Mandrax tablets estimated at R300 000

The polices Malcolm Pojie said officers spotted the man near the railway line in Zwelentemba, Worcester.

The Police spokesperson added that the 1008 Mandrax tablets was concealed in a plastic bag, on him.

“He will appear in the Worcester magistrates’ court once charged for the Illegal Dealing in Drugs.  Western Cape Police management has lauded the members for their vigilance and commitment to rid our communities from the scourge of drug abuse and the illicit distribution thereof”, said Pojie.
