The Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union say, they are concerned by the recent killings of a number of members of the South African Police Service.
This comes after in less than a week about three officers were killed in Cape Town
A Superintendent was shot dead in Khayelitsha and two officers were shot in Hout Bay
Popcru Spokesperson Theto Mahlakoana said it cannot become the norm to bury police officers on a weekly basis.
Mahlakoana said police killers need to be sent to prison, where they belong.
