Community members in Klapmuts receive houses

Western Cape MEC of Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela on Monday delivered houses to beneficiaries in Klapmuts in Stellenbosch. 

Ministerial Spokesperson Zalisie Mbali said the project has a budget of R120 million and when completed will deliver over 1 000 houses. 

Mbali added that this project will be split between the backyarders and people who are living in informal areas in and around the community of Klapmuts.

He also said over 300 houses that are completed will be handed over in the next few days.
