An accident
late last night on the R53 Parys Avenue in the North West left a man and his
seven-year-old boy dead and three people injured.

Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said when paramedics arrived on the scene they
found that a heavy goods vehcile and a light delivery vehcile collided into
each other.
Steinmann said
upon assessment of all the patients they found that a man tragically lost his
life and a woman and three children were in a critical condition.
“The four
critically injured patients were rushed to hospital for urgen medical care but
tragically a seven-year-old boy passed away during the night” Steinmann added.
The exact
details of the cause of the accident will remian the subject of a police
investigation.
