Cosatu NW urges Departement of Labour to implemtent sectoral determinations

The Congress of South African Trade Union in the North West has called for the urgent implementation of sectoral determination by the Department of Labour in the province.

Cosatu’s Provincial Secreatry Solly Phetoe said several employers are not implementing sectoral determinations especially as vulnerable workers are exploited.

“We call upon them that by the end of the week, all those sectorial determination and the adjustment of the salary workers must be adjusted according to the sectoral determination.

 We will have to call a mass action against the department of Labour and those employer who are not implying.” Phetoe added.
