Two suspects arrested for being in possession of dagga

Cape Town police arrested two suspects in Klawer for being in possession of 490 parcels of dagga. 

The two were arrested after they failed to stop at a roadblock and were chased by police and arrested while they were trying to flee on foot. 

Lieutenant Colonel Andre Traut said it is believed that the suspects were en-route to Nababeeb with the drugs. 

Traut said the suspects are appearing in court today.
