Yesterday, MEC of Community
Safety Dan Plato hosted the final cluster policing Needs and Priorities
consultation workshop for 2015-2016.
The cluster will workshop a
practical and implementable safety plan as part of the newly structured 2day
PNP consultation process.
The safety plan serves as a
safety blueprint for communities which provide a shared ownership,
responsibility and accountability to safety.
Spokesperson
for Minister Dan Plato Ewald Botha added that “The final cluster consultation process will see a possible practical
on a safety plan being drafted for the entire cluster of the Vredendal
community as well as to implement to all agencies involved.”
