COSATU demands investigation on illegal sale of animals

The Congress of South African Trade Unions and its affiliates in the North West demands and investigation of the illegal selling of animals at the Henk Joubert Game Reserve.

COSATU North West Provincial Secretary Solly Phetoe says “During the time when COSATU addressed the workers who are members of SAMWU for the strike in the past two weeks, it was reported that those animals were sold illegally, procedure was not followed.

He added that It is for a second time that thing happen.

As COSATU we demand that a fully investigation must be done by the outside Hawks including the Public Protector, Phetoe concluded.
