In a statement issued, the Inkatha Freedom Party says it has challenged the KwaZulu Natal Provincial Government to prioritise scholar transport as October is the transport month.

IFP’s Blessed Gwala says the department of Transport is too relaxed and is always passing the buck when it comes to taking responsible action.

“There was this issue of accidents that’s affects students and pupils all the time and we were promised that the head of department will have a plan in place that will actually assist the pupil to have a proper transportation to go to school but that has never happened. Gwala added.
