The Democratic Alliance in the
Provincial Spokesperson on Human
Settlements Matlhodi Maseko said the economic growth in the province continues
to draw people who are seeking opportunities for real jobs.
Maseko said we know that Human Settlement
is not about a clean audit but about service delivery. There was a target that
the department in the province set and there were challenges of protest action,
but above all that the targets that were set were reached.
“We spent the entire budget that was given
to the province. So we have a good story to tell that really under the hardship
we managed to deliver” Maseko added.
