Seven injured in separate accident between KZN and Klerksdorp

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident scene last night after a light motor delivery vehicle and motor had collided on the R102 near Shakaskraal in KwaZulu-Natal.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said it is alleged that one vehicle crashed against the side of the other vehicle causing the vehicle to overturn.

Steinmann said upon their arrival on scene they found that two vehicles were involved in a side impact accident and one of the vehicles overturned  

“Upon assessment of all the patients it was found that five people sustained severe injuries. All patient were treated on scene before they were transported to various hospitals for further medical care.” Steinmann added.

Two people were injured following a side impact accident at the intersection of Voortrekker street and Park street in Klerksdorp. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said upon their arrival on scene they found that two vehicles were involved side impact accident resulting in two people sustaining injuries.

“Upon assessment it was found that one patient was in serious condition and the other patient in critical condition  

Both patients were treated on scene before they were transported to hospital for further medical care” Steinmann added.

Exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
