Cope navigates the country to meet with communities

In a statement issued, the Congress of the People says it has been receiving invitations from many communities to meet with them regarding long-standing service delivery issues that still remain unresolved.

Cope spokesperson, Dennis Bloem says, both parties President and Deputy President have been navigating the country to meet with communities, to listen attentively to their grievances.

Bloem explained that COPE is working very hard to win votes in some municipalities.

With local Government Elections for 2015 around the corner COPE, believes voter’s discontent will manifest itself in many ways. 

It also said a large percentage of voters will stay away on polling day.


“We are presently targeting provinces like Free State, North West, Limpopo, Northen Cape and Gauteng” Bloem said.
