The Right to Know campaign says it is disappointed with the constitutional courts judgement, which recognises the public’s right to know where political parties get their money from, but falls short of delivering the justice needed to exercise that right.

Spokesperson for the right to know campaign Busi Matabane says “The Right to Know campaign is extremely disappointed at the Constitutional Court judgement which recognises the public’s right to know where political parties get their money, but we feel it falls short to deliver the judgement to exercise that right.”
