Majola to learn his fate
Andiswa Mkosi
17 March 2012
The National Prosecuting Authority says it does not have the permission to investigate a case against embattled Cricket SA chief executive Gerald Majola.
The Nicholson committee recommended such an investigation for the alleged breaking of the Companies Act.
The NPA says it is the responsibility of the police to investigate criminal cases.
Majola’s career will be on the line today as the Cricket South Africa board meets to decide whether or not to implement the findings of the Nicholson Inquiry.
