Two law-enforcement officials to appear in court for murder and forgery

Two law-enforcement officials will make their first appearances at the Mthatha Magistrate’s Court today, following their arrest by the Hawk’s Organised Crime Unit on Tuesday.

The two will face separate charges of conspiracy to commit murder, as well as forgery and uttering.

Hangwani Mulaudzi said the suspects arrested on Tuesday at Mthatha, where upon we received information that a warrant officer was plotting to kill her husband.

Mulaudzi said another traffic officer was arrested for fraudulent documents.


“She had fraudulent matriculation certificates.” Mulaudzi added.
