Kuilsriver Cluster successes 322 suspects arrested

Cape Town police conducted several operations in Kulisriver whereby 58 houses were searched for drugs and 49 arrests were made. 

Captain FC van Wyk said during the search tik worth R240 and dagga worth R3 600 were found and confiscated. 

Several other arrests were made during the operations including arrests of sexual assault, robbery, child neglect and theft of a motor vehicle. 

Van Wyk said 58 houses have been searched for drugs and 49 arrests executed relating to drugs, 35 7310 millilitres of alcohol, mandrax tablets with an estimated street value of R240.00, tik with an estimated street value of R2100.00 and dagga to the estimated street value of R3600.00 have been confiscated.

Van Wyk added that  Kuilsriver Cluster Commander, Brigadier Vincent Beaton commended the SA Police Service members, Metro Police, Law Enforcement officers, Traffic Police, neighborhood watch structures and reservists for their dedication and commitment in ensuring the perpetrators of crime are brought to justice.
