The city’s Traffic service has warned of several road closures in the CBD due to the Cape Town Jazz Festival this weekend.
The festival starts tonight at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
Spokesperson Merle Laurens says motorists need to be on high alert about the closures.
“We ask the motorists to be careful around Coen Styler Avenue and Lower Long Street as they will be closed for festival,” she adds.
Laurens adds motorists will notice these are normal road closures during the event.
