Reports say police made several arrests in Khayelitsha over the weekend.
A man was taken into custody regarding a stolen firearm following a shoot-out with police in Site-C.
Another Khayelitsha man, was found in possession of a stolen firearm from a police officer, is due to appear in court later this week.
In Harare four suspects were arrested for murder.
