A man has been shot and killed in Elsie's River.
The victim was
gunned down earlier today.
It's suspected the shooting is gang-related.
The police's Frederick van Wyk says, “We’ve opened a murder case for
further investigation and the circumstances surrounding the incident are still
under investigation.”
