UCT medical students will complete the 2016 academic programme in 2017

The University of Cape Town’s undergraduate medical students will complete what is left of the 2016 academic programme in January.

Protests started last week when management announced plans to resume operations soon.

Yesterday the Health Sciences Faculty announced that course curriculums and exams for students in years one, two and three will be finished next year.

According to reports the spokesperson for the university, Elijah Moholola, said that the affected students have also been requested to clear their residences.
