It is reported that it is 50 people killed on the country’s roads over the Easter weekend so far.
The traffic authorities however they reiterated that they will remain more vigilant today, as holidaymakers make their way home.
The Transport Ministry’s Logan Maistry urged motorists to exercise caution.
Meanwhile, hundreds of motorists were arrested this weekend and thousands were fined for a variety of offences.
