Two seperate accidents leave seven people dead

An accident late last night on the N11 near Newcastle left six people dead and five people injured.   

ER24 Spokesperson Werner Vermaak when paramedics arrived on scene the occupants were scattered outside.

He added that there was nothing that the paramedics could do.

In another accident on Atlas Road in Boksburg has left one person dead.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said upon their arrival on the scene they that a man had aleardy lost his life.

It is alleged that the man fell off his bicycle and was knocked over by a car.

The exact details of the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
