Premier Zille to visit 110% Green Projects

Western Cape Premier Helen Zille will this weekend be conducting several oversight visits to 110% Green Oversight Tour. 

The Green Project was launched in 2012 by the Western Cape government to encourage organisations to make a contribution to growing the Green Economy. 

Premier Zille will visit green projects in the Cape Winelands District Municipality.

Premier Zille Spokesperson Michael Mpofu said the visits will be an opportunity for the Premier to have a look and see the progress that has been made since the project launched in 2012. 

Mpofu said the Western Cape government has the aim of becoming greenest regional government in the world and we are working towards that.
