7-year-old boy drowns at La-More farm

Western Cape Emergency Services are trying to locate the body of a seven-year-old who reportedly drowned in a farm dam at lower Ottery Road.

Provincial EMS Spokesperson Robert Daniels said emergency services are on the scene to try and locate the body. 

Daniels said the seven-year-old boy is believed to have drowned on the La-More farm.

“Eyewitnesses saw the boy falling in but not resurface, and now EMS and police are on the scene trying to locate the boy” Daniels added.
