59 year old man killed in an accident in Germiston

A 59-year-old man died after he was involved in an accident this morning in Germiston.

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said they found the lifeless body of a 59 year old man lying on the ground upon the arrival at the scene.

Steinmann added that they immediately started the resuscitation and continued for almost two hours, but sadly the man died due to the extensive injuries he had sustained. The man was declared dead at the scene.


The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
