ACDP praises the arrests done by Metro police over the weeken

The African Christian Democratic Party has praised the work done by the City of Cape Town’s Metro Police Officers over the weekend.

This is where 105 suspects were arrested of which 87 were for drunk drivers, 26 taxis’ impounded for not having the correct documents and 44 traffic fines issued.

ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians said we are asking road users to play a part.


Christians added that it is just not traffic responsibility but all road users will have to be free about applying the minds and also take road rules and regulation very seriously and we will have safer roads.
