Two dead in a Bapsfontein accident

An accident in the early hours of this morning on the N12 near the Bapsfontein left two people dead.

ER24 Spokesperson Pieter Rossouw said the collision involved two light motor vehicles with only a driver in each.

Rossouw added that when ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the two cars had collided head on with one another, killing both drivers of both vehicles.

The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
