The South African Human Rights Commission will be investigating allegations of a 5-year-old boy that was refused admission at a private school because is albino.

The Commissions Spokesperson Isaac Mangena said future eye sight problems and the fact that he is living with less pigmentation than others is the alleged reason the St George Private School declined accommodation for the boy.

Mangena added that the commission is now investigating the matter and interviews with concerned parties have started today.

Attempts to contact the school for a comment were unsuccessful.
