Police in Muldersdrift arrested three people for the farm attack of an elderly couple in Lindley.

Last week Thursday the couple were attacked by a group of suspects who attacked them with knives and firearms at their farm house, and they were tied up.

The attack resulted in the husband being murdered and the wife was wounded and remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said the suspects were arrested with several goods in their possession including firearms, laptops, and cellphones.

Dlamini said at this stage we are still looking for three other suspects and police have launched a manhunt for them.

The three arrested suspects are expected to appear Krugersdorp Magistrate Court on Monday on charges of murder, attempted murder and robbery.
